Are you a talented HR professional looking for a new challenge? Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with recruiters, Esther and Mickael, to assist with TA activities. Coordinate TA Employer branding campaigns, such as fairs and LinkedIn activities. Maintain ATS systems during the selection process for shortlisted candidates. Reporting data analytics expertise is an advantage. Screen and assess long-listed candidates. Be involved in evaluating business needs for hiring decisions. Provide candidate care and sourcing early-stage candidates to prepare for recruiters, Esther and Mickael, ensuring a great candidate experience from the start. Experience Needed:
Considerable experience in screening and evaluating candidates Interest in employer branding through social media Proactive marketing strategy, including managing the WCSG (WestCoastSupplyGroup) main page for vacancies and events, and implementing questionnaires to increase engagement consistency and diversity. Advanced communication, presentation, and decision-making skills Fluency in English and Dutch languages Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Psychometric testing is advantageous.
