We're looking for a RegionalEngineer:
The drill of carrying out routine spot checks of equipment is familiar for you (including HVAC and electrical) You feel responsible for the overall maintenance of the building You have the knowledge and experiences with carrying out mechanical maintenance, from heaters, ventilation, coolers, AC, etc.
Managing requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude is your top priority.
Here you maintain a focus on safety of guests and colleagues.
Your aim is to promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive co-operation to requests received Communicating with external companies is no problem for you, here you assist where needed.
You will commute to Utrecht and Eindhoven when needed.
