Roles and responsibilities Digital identity is at the base of the implementation of any digital system that ASML uses to collaborate in a highly complex ecosystem.
Considering the current and projected growth of ASML and its growing importance and attention on a global scale, it is essential to accelerate digital transformation, prevent cyber-attacks, simplify digital processes, increase the security levels of transactions and improve the user experience.
The ProductOwner AM is held responsible for ASML's global AccessManagement service.
This service consists of generic core accessmanagement services like MFA and Single Sign-On.
Next to that, third party accessmanagement with business partners and customers is also part of this domain.
Daily, ProductOwner AM acts as servant leader for the team.
As ProductOwner you will maximize the value creation by the AM teams.
You are a key player in a multidisciplinary environment that further develops the current and next generation Identity and Accessmanagement solutions and services.
A grasp of your responsibilities:
End2End accountability for value creation on the services delivered by the team; Translating ASML security and IT strategy into an AM vision, strategy and roadmap; Develop a clear vision and strategy for the AM discipline in line with the company goals and emerging trends; Ensuring the Team Backlog is visible, transparent and clear to all.
Accountable for the existing IT Services of the domain Education and experience To Thrive with the technical challenges we face, you'll need experience working in a high-tech fast paced environment.
As a productowneridentity & accessmanagement you'll need:
Hands-on experience in Agile/Safe-environment Master's degree in IT or similar Minimal of 3 years' experience within IAM or more specific the AccessManagement domain Preferably prior working experience with Okta (or similar, like AzureAD/EntraID, Ping) Security Knowledge strong precondition You are in possession of a valid work permit for the Netherlands Skills Working at the forefront of tech, you will always have new challenges and problems to solve and working together is the only way to do that.
In a PO position you are naturally able to balance the different stakeholders within the ASML domains.
With your Agile/SAFe mindset you are easily able to manage and lead the teams and have the ability to make the right calls where needed.
