We're Looking for a Junior Project Business Accountant:

Ready to kickstart your career in finance within a dynamic, international setting Fluor's Finance Team in Hoofddorp is looking for you! Scope of activities:

In this role, you are a member of the Finance Organization and are responsible for the day-to-day accounting activities of several projects all over the world for multiple Strategic Business Units (SBU's).

You'll work in close relation with other Finance disciplines and disciplines like Project Controls, Project Management and Supply chain.

The Finance Organization in the Hoofddorp office is responsible for over 20
- predominantly European
- legal entities:

all members of the worldwide group of affiliated companies of Fluor Corporation.

The Hoofddorp Finance Organization currently employs 17 employees and is looking for an additional Jr.

Project Business Accountant with possibility to grow into a senior role.

Key responsibilities:

.

Gaining an understanding of projects (including structure, commercials, and reporting requirements).

.

Prioritizing cash flow management, ensuring prompt client invoicing post-fiscal month-end.

.

Enhancing client satisfaction through timely and accurate invoice processing and issue resolution.

.

Supporting Project Managers in making strategic commercial decisions and identifying additional opportunities for commercial success.

.

Providing high-level project monitoring, including reporting on accounts receivable/payable and profit forecasts in SAP.

.

Early identification and mitigation of risks, alongside participating in annual audits, including Tax (VAT) and Sarbanes-Oxley.

Basic Job Requirements .

1-4 years of experience in finance, preferably in an international, project-oriented setting.

.

A financial educational background.

.

Fluent in English.

.

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

.

Strong communication skills and a proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving.

.

Experience with SAP R3/Business Warehouse is a plus.

.
