Support in organization company culture events such as team building, culture day, all-hands meeting and to build rapport, engage and sustain good relationships with stakeholdersLook into employee learning & wellness programmes to help further enhance the culture and happiness for the Amsterdam officePlay a role as the employee life-cycle champion to investigate pre-onboarding, onboarding and offboarding activitiesUpdate our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment formsOversee the day-to-day HR operational duties such as P-file maintenance, HR Documentation and HR related lettersSupport day-to-day administrative tasks working with Office managerParticipate in various ad-hoc HR projects from time to timeRequirements:
Currently an undergraduate with a bachelor’s degree or above.
Prior HR/Admin related work experience or internships will be a strong plusExperience in designing newsletters, EDMs and content generation for employee engagement related activitiesProactive, energetic and vibrant personality to engage with the businessesPossess strong communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow up on actionsProficient in Microsoft Office Software Tencent AmsterdamNorthHolland
