The position is a multidisciplinary, facilitative, and highly strategic role that will interact with many stakeholders at country and group level.
The role will be transversal and have exposure to key strategic initiatives at Verisure Netherlands, while also have the end-to-end ownership of several critical and transformational projects.
Both strategic skills and hands on mentality are required for the position.The role is highly visible by the country MT and Group leaders and is a fast track into leadership positions at Group or Country level.
The Chief-of - Staff position will develop as the business grows and as opportunities arise.Eventually this role provides an outstanding platform for a highly talented individual to interact closely and with autonomy with the Managing Director and be instrumental to further design and implement the strategy for the company.The company’s success depends on its people and it invests in them every day.
