Launch a new and innovative brand in the HIV landscape including:
Identify an implementation pathway for this new brand,Localise Global campaigns in line with market needs, proposal of solutions and identification of gaps in content or technologyMarketing strategy development (aligned with EU where possible) and campaigns implementationGather and consolidate commercial and medical input from NL customer facing employees to inform brand and MC content developmentNL project lead for implementation of :
the NL in-line brand tactical plansimplementation of campaign material and activities in NLthe implementation of EU best practices in the NLEffective management of agencies to deliver communication objectives by brand ensuring quality, timings and budgets are all met effectively Budgeting and cost-consciousnessLead NL Portfolio Multichannel activities (MA):
Develop and lead implementation of a strong Multichannel plan in collaboration with the cross functional teamDevelop Multichannel Customer journey for our PortfolioLocalise and adapt the Global MA and digital activities for the Dutch Market Assure relevant input from other functions PCA, Medical, Commercial, Marketing to enrich the MC strategyImplement innovative Digital project in the Dutch Market (AI, Virtual reality ect)Why you?Basic Qualifications:
Level of education:
Master in Business, Medical, Pharmacy, BiologyMinimum of 4 to 5 Y of marketing experience in pharmaceutical marketing experience (specialty TA preferred, ideally HIV or Injectable Therapeutic area), Product launch experience , additional sales experience preferableDutch pharmaceutical market specifics understandingExperienced in multichannel and shaping customer journeyCan do attitude, think out of the box mindsetStrong team playerFluent in English, Dutch speakingPreferred Qualifications:
